It is the mission of the Caroline Library to always provide
to Caroline County citizens exceptional quality services;
a comprehensive educational and recreational collection
of printed and multi-media resources in support of
self-education, improving job-related skills and
supplementing educational and literacy programs;
as well as to serve as a community center
by becoming a part of the life of Caroline County.
