Document Actions

The Caroline Library provides free service to the citizens of Caroline County through local funding and the sharing of resources, a result of networking with the Library of Virginia and the Three Rivers' Librarians' Association. Control and guidance is provided by a Board of Directors made up of responsible, active citizens of the community. Advocacy, Programs and Expansion have been targeted as the three more important goals for the Caroline Library in the next five years.
